Paul Sadleir

Paul SadlierAs Managing Director, Paul has focussed on expanding the company's range of activities from residential land subdivision into medium density housing and urban infill projects. Cedar Woods now has offices in Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane, with 27 projects underway.

The company has a disciplined management approach, with a Corporate Plan that drives all of the company's activities.

Paul’s responsibilities cover strategic planning, human resources, portfolio management, equity and finance raising and investor relations.

Prior to joining Cedar Woods, Paul was responsible for the establishment of the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust which successfully listed on the ASX in 1998.

Between 1994 and 1997 Paul worked with Wesfarmers Limited in the areas of corporate planning and acquisitions and divestments and previously worked in Western Power in a number of engineering and planning roles.

Paul has a Master of Business Administration Degree and Bachelor of Engineering Degree, both from the University of Western Australia, is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an associate of the Australian Property Institute.

He is currently a Board member of the Brightwater Care Group, one of the largest providers of residential care in Western Australia and a Division Councillor of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul is also a member of the Housing Industry Association's Planning and Environment Committee and has served on various industry bodies, including as a Councillor for the Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Property Education Foundation.

Paul is married to Leeann, with four children and enjoys sailing and hockey.
